Our sober living scholarships are reserved for those obtaining a successful completion from a substance abuse treatment center or for individuals getting released from jail. They are also geared towards those who are willing to work a twelve step program with the desire to maintain long-term sobriety in Midland or Odessa, Texas. Our hope is that this will give the newly sober an opportunity to form a strong foundation in recovery and find gainful employment without the stresses of worrying about a healthy place to live. What we offer:

First month scholarship to any recovery-based sober living house in Midland or Odessa, Texas
A few weeks of groceries and basic hygiene products
Assistance as needed in acquiring basic necessities in beginning employment
Open line of communication enabling us to give support for any early recovery needs

Approval for a scholarship from Crosswalk Advocacy does not guarantee acceptance into a sober living house. Each sober living organization has their own set of admissions guidelines and are run independently of Crosswalk Advocacy. In the event you are approved for a scholarship from Crosswalk Advocacy but do not get accepted into a sober house, we will unfortunately not be able to provide funding of any kind.
